Reliable protection for high-traffic indoor areas
TRAFFIC-LINE Wall Buffers are the ideal solution for heavily used indoor areas where walls are regularly damaged by transport equipment, trolleys or beds. Whether in care facilities, hospitals, restaurants, food retail outlets, public buildings, railroad stations, airports or logistics centres, the robust wall protection made of HDPE provides reliable and long-lasting protection.

Clean appearance thanks to discreet installation
The wall buffers are mounted directly on the wall (horizontally or vertically) and can be installed using standard fixing materials (6mm countersunk screws, not included). The drill holes can be sealed almost invisibly with the plugs supplied and ensure a clean, discreet appearance.

Hygienic and easy to clean - ideal for sensitive areas
The smooth, closed surface of the TRAFFIC-LINE Wall Buffer is easy to clean and resistant to standard cleaning agents and disinfectants. This makes the product ideal for hygienically sensitive areas such as clinics, care homes or food processing. HDPE does not absorb moisture and (unlike wood) does not provide a breeding ground for bacteria to multiply. Important: These properties only apply to the version without recycled material.

Robust material for maximum resistance
Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the TRAFFIC-LINE Wall Buffer impresses with its high impact resistance and dimensional stability. Even at temperatures as low as -30 °C, the material remains stable and unbreakable. Ideal for unheated warehouses, technical rooms or refrigerated areas. HDPE also demonstrates its moisture-repellent properties in wet areas.

NEW: Sustainability through recycled material
We also offer variants made from recycled HDPE. This involves reusing our own production chips and offcuts. The recycled variants impress with their high material quality and durability and are in no way inferior to the variants made of pure HDPE. Operators also benefit from an active contribution to sustainability. The only exception: due to possible contamination, this version is not food-safe.

Safety through tested quality
TRAFFIC-LINE Wall Buffers meet the requirements of fire protection class B2 in accordance with DIN 4102 and contributes to compliance with structural safety regulations. The quick and easy installation saves time and also enables retrofitting as part of renovation work.

Customization for maximum flexibility
TRAFFIC-LINE Wall Buffers are available in various lengths, colours and material thicknesses and can thus be optimally adapted to the environment and stresses. The through-dyed material can be installed using standard tools. Mitre cuts for corners and edges are also possible without any problems.
