Standard-compliant and securely fastened
The Bicycle/Scooter Stand meets the requirements of DIN 79008-1, including minimum height, flat steel dimensioning and secure anchoring by bolts.
NEW: Greater safety thanks to increased visibility
As an option, the Bicycle/Scooter Stands can be fitted with reflective bands in accordance with DIN 67520/67521 to increase visibility and safety in the dark or in mixed traffic zones.
It can be used (depending on the equipment) for bikes and scooters for securing on both sides. There is a choice of three different versions: Variant 1: without knee rail, Variant 2: with knee rail, Variant 2 with optional retaining clamp set for scooters. Ø closed clamps: inside 60 mm, outside 120 mm
Thanks to the hot-dip galvanised and optional additional powder-coated surface (DB 703 in fine structure look), the GILA bracket is particularly resistant to the effects of weathering. The construction is low-maintenance and designed for long-term use.

Robust construction for long-term use
The GILA Bicylce/Scooter Stand is made of high-quality flat steel (70 × 10mm, grade S235), is hot-dip galvanised or hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated in DB703 anthracite micaceous iron ore. This combination ensures long-lasting corrosion protection and discreet integration into the cityscape. The stand can be used on both sides and is available in two versions, with or without knee rail.
Conformity to DIN 79008-1 standards
The stand meets all the key requirements of DIN 79008-1, including Standard-compliant leaning height of 800 mm, usability on both sides and secure anchoring by setting in concrete or bolts. These features offer planners and authorities a high level of planning security and simplify the approval process.
Expandability for greater visibility
Additional reflective bands in white or red can be optionally attached to the GILA bracket. For use in mixed traffic zones or at road level, retrofitting with reflective bands in accordance with DIN 67520/67521 is recommended. This measure increases visibility in darkness and bad weather and complies with the recommendations of the FGSV and RASt 06.
