Flexible L-Line impact protection railing
The BLACK BULL FLEX+ Impact Protection Railing L-Line protects people, machines, racking and building structures wherever traffic and work areas need to be clearly separated. The L-Line offers protection at vehicle height and is ideal for areas without a relevant underride hazard. It is used along traffic routes, rack aisles, workstations, machine areas and transfer zones in warehouses, logistics and production environments.
Instead of a rigid barrier, FLEX+ relies on controlled absorption: The system absorbs impact energy, distributes forces across the entire protective line and then automatically returns to its original shape. This keeps traffic routes safe, protective lines functional and processes stable - even after an impact.
What happens in detail on impact?
Crossbars & posts
The polymer crossbars form the continuous protective line of the L-Line. They cushion the impact, absorb energy and prevent damage to vehicles, racking or machinery. The posts absorb the transmitted forces and ensure stability over the entire length. The result: less damage, lower repair costs, high process and personal safety.
Connections & junctions
The FlexLink connection technology is the centrepiece of the system. It ensures that forces are distributed evenly rather than acting at specific points. This relieves the strain on anchor points and the floor and increases the service life of the entire protection line. The result: no cracking in the ground, no loose posts, permanently stable guard lines.
Base
The FLEX+ Base connects the posts to the Base ground anchor and serves as an impact-resistant outer shell. It protects the internal screw connection and prevents damage to the tyres of forklifts and pallet trucks. Result: Protected fastening, less wear, high suitability for everyday use.

The FLEX+ Base ground anchor combines robust anchoring in concrete with force-absorbing rubber dampers. This design reduces the load on the screw connection, protects the substrate and ensures a permanently stable attachment - even with repeated approaches.
